Spaghetti with Meat Sauce Recipe

My favourite kitchen gear:

1 packge (500g) spaghetti or different pasta of your selection
1 lb (450g) floor beef
1 onion, chopped
1 pink bell pepper, chopped
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoons tomato paste
22oz (625g) tomato sauce
600ml water
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 bunch parsley, chopped
1½ teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon dried oregano

1. Heat olive oil in a big pan. Add floor beef and brown the meat over excessive warmth, stirring often.
2. Add chopped onion, chopped pink bell pepper and minced garlic. Cook, stirring often, till tender.
3. Add tomato paste, prepare dinner for two minutes, stirring ceaselessly. Add tomato sauce, fill the tomato can with water and pour to the pan. Stir effectively.
4. Bring to a boil, scale back the warmth to low and simmer for 40 minutes, till thickens. Season with salt, black pepper and dried oregano. When the sauce is prepared add chopped parsley, stir and switch the warmth off.
5. Cook the pasta based on bundle instructions.
6. Serve the sauce over sizzling pasta.
