Today we are going to prepare one of the famous sweet of Rajasthan – Malai Ghevar. For this mould are available in the market. If you could not find mould then you need not to worry. You may use sieve for this purpose. Sieve is used for cleansing wheat flour. So it is found in every home.

Ingredients :-
Ice Cube ( बर्फ़ का टुकड़ा )
Lemon – 1/2 ( नींबू – 1/2)
Besan / Gram flour ( बेसन या चने का आटा – 2 चम्मच )
Wheat Flour or Maida – 2 Cup ( मैदा या गेहूं का बारीक आटा – 2 कप )
Milk – 1/2 Cup ( दूध – 1/2 कप )
Ghee – 1/2 Cup ( घी – 1/2 कप )
Rabri ( रबड़ी )
Sugar – 1 Cup ( चीनी – 1 कप )
Water – 1/2 Cup ( पानी – 1 कप )
Water – 2 Cup ( पानी – 2 कप )
