2kg Chicken Biryani Ingredient

Step 1 :
Potato ( Optional) : 500 Gram
Water : half Liter
Tomato: 500 Gram
Curry Leaf : half Bunch
Ginger : Chopped 60 Gram
Garlic : Chopped 60 Gram
Green Chili : 60 Gram Chopped
Dried Plum : 100 Gram
Red Chili Flake : 3 Tablespoon
Salt : As Per Your Taste or 2 To 3 Tablespoon
Cumin Seeds : 3 Tablespoon
Turmeric Powder: 1 Tablespoon
Biryani Masala of any model : 2 Tablespoon
Green Cardamom: 6 to eight
Cinnamon Stick : 4 to five
Black Cardamom: 2 to three
Black pepper: 10 To 12
Clove : 10 to 12
Cooking Oil : 200 Ml
Yogurt : 200 Gram

Cook on High flame for five to 10 minute then cook dinner on low flame for 10 minute till Potato finished 75 Percent
Add Chicken: 2kg
Cook on medium to High Flame for 10 minutes

Step 2 :
Tomato : 250 Gram
Coriander leaves: Half Bunch
Mint Leaves: Half Bunch
Lemon Slices : 5 to six Lemon
Green Chili : 8 to 10 small
Biryani Masala Of Any Brand : 1 Tablespoon
Chaat Masala : 1 Tablespoon
Nutmeg Powder ( Jaifal ) : 1 Tea Spoon
Mace Powder ( Javitiri ) : 1 Tea Spoon

Step 2 : yogurt Mixture
Yogurt: 200 gram
Nutmeg Powder: 1 Tea spoon
Javitri ( Mace ) Powder : 1 Tea spoon
Food Color : 1 tea spoon

Mix It Very Well and make a mix
Add On It
Then Add Brown Onion : 200 Gram ( Fried Onion )

Step 3 :
Basmati Rice : 2 Kg ( Boiled 70 Percent)
Cook on Low To Medium Flame For 10 Minute
Then Add
Cooking Oil Half Cup
Water : Half Cup ( Boiled Rice Water )
Kewara water : 2 tablespoon
Cooking on low flame for 10 to fifteen Minutes.
