For those who need 2 kg Biryani Ingredient please follow the instructions below.

2 Kg Biryani Ingredients.
Step 1 :
Cooking oil : 250 Ml
Ginger and garlic paste: 2 Table Spoon
Water: 500 ml
Black pepper: 12 to 15
Clove : 12 to 15
Salt : As per your taste or 2 Table Spoon
Green Chili Paste: 1.5 Table Spoon
Yougurt: Half Cup
Chicken 2 kg
Cook for 10 to 15 minutes

Step 2 :
Ginger : 10 gram julienne Cutting
Green Chili: 8 to 10
Cumin Seeds: 2 Table Spoon

Step 3 : Yougurt Mixture
Yougurt : 1 Cup
Nutmeg Powder ( Jaifal ) : 1 Tea Spoon
Javitri ( Mace ) Powder: 1 Tea Spoon
Green Cardamom powder: Half Tea Spoon
Clove powder: Half Tea Spoon
Food colour : Half Tea Spoon

Step : 4
Ghee : Quarter Cup
Clove and Green Cardamom powder: Half Tea Spoon
Zafran Kewara water : Quarter Cup
Zafran : Pinch ( Chutki)

Step : 5
Boiled Basmati Rice 2kg ( 70 % cooked )
Boiled Rice Water : Half Cup
Cook on High Flame First for 3 to 4 minutes then cook on low flame for 10 to 15 minutes
At last add cooking oil Quarter Cup
