200g Pitted Dates
4 Tablespoon Peanut Butter
½ Cup of Oatmeal
50g Mixed Nuts
300g Dark Chocolate chips (Melted)

• Blend Dates with 3 Tablespoon Peanut Butter
• Mix 60% of the nougat mixture with 1 Tablespoon Peanut Butter and ½ Cup of Oatmeal
• Spread in pan 8.5 x 4.5-Inch
• Smoothen and top with the rest nougat
• Smoothen and top with mixed nuts
• Place in the freezer 30 minutes
• Cut into bars and coat with Dark Chocolate
• Allow Chocolate to set
