3 -4 celery stalks
1 medium onion
Garlic to taste
8 cups of chicken broth
1 cup of water
8 oz egg noodles
3 chicken breasts
Salt & pepper
1 – Chop the onions, carrots and celery.
2 – Using the sauté function on the Ninja or other pressure cooker, cook the vegetables for 10 minutes in 2 Tbsp if butter or margarine mixing regularly.
3 – Add the garlic and mix for 30 seconds.
4 – Add the raw chicken, broth, water, salt, pepper and other spices. Use the pressure cooker function for 15 minutes.
5 – Remove the chicken from the pot and shred using two forks
6 – At the same time add the egg noodles to the pot and use the sauté function again to cook the noodles for 7 minutes.
7 – Return the chicken to the pot, mix it in and you’re DONE
