HOW TO MAKE RESTAURANT QUALITY CRISPY FRIED SHRIMP 🍤/T.G.I.F. FISH SEGMENT OF THE WEEK SEGMENT/

This is a very simple recipe for fried shrimp
This is something I cooked at my first restaurant job
It’s not really complicated at all

Recipe ( for shrimp)
24 fresh shrimp peeled and de veined and butterflied ( 16/20 tail on )
8 oz panko bread crumbs
2 cup all purpose flour
1 egg
2 cups whole milk
salt and pepper to taste

Salt and pepper to taste
Season shrimp with salt and pepper
Dust shrimp in flour
Add shrimp to egg and milk mixture
Remove from egg mixture and bread with bread crumbs

Fry in vegetable oil(350 degrees) until golden brown about 2 minutes
Recipe ( cocktail sauce)
1 cup ketchup
1 tsp horseradish
1 tsp lemon juice
Mix all ingredients together and enjoy
