In this video I making a Ceylon parotta recipe. this is a South Indian recipe and more tastiest recipe also .😋.
It is special and famous street food in south India.
Ingredients:
Maida – 250 gm
Salt – 1/8 tspn
Sugar – 1/2 tspn
Oil – 2 tspn
Make a parotta with a thin layer and pour the following mixture.
Egg – 1
Salt – pinch
Hotel style salna – 1 spoon
Green chilli – 1
Onion (smally chopped)
