Homemade Sandwich Bun Recipe | Tuna Fish Sandwich

Auntie Saniye is sharing her tips about methods to make a crispy on the skin and mushy on the within sandwich bun. You can use it with any type of filling. Enjoy!

INGREDIENTS:
FOR THE BUN:
1 1/2 cups of lukewarm milk
1 cup of lukewarm water
Half a cup of oil
1 dessertspoon of sugar
1 dessertspoon of salt
20g of contemporary yeast OR 10g of immediate yeast
5 cups of flour
FOR THE FILLING:
Some lettuce
Some candy corn
Some mayonnaise
1 can of tuna fish
5 or 6 pickled cucumbers
