Yields: 6 servings
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup Truvia Sweet Complete Granulated All-Purpose Sweetener
Pinch of salt
1 tbsp pure vanilla extract, no alcohol
1 cup sliced almonds

1. Add butter, Truvia Sweet Complete Granulated Sweetener and vanilla to a pan and cook over medium heat until fully dissolved and no longer grainy, make sure to stir constantly.
2. Bring to a low simmer, stirring constantly, until the mixture reaches a deep brown color.
3. Remove from heat, mix in almonds and pour into the prepared cookie sheet pan covered with parchment. Spread almonds evenly.
4. Enjoy immediately or chill in the refrigerator for about 1 hour before serving.
Chocolate Crinkle Cookies
Yields: 8-12 cookies
1 1/4 cup superfine blanched almond flour
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp instant coffee (optional)
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp xanthan gum
Pinch of salt
3/4 cup Truvia Sweet Complete Granulated All-Purpose Sweetener
2 large eggs, room temp
1/4 cup avocado oil
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup Truvia Sweet Complete Granulated All-Purpose Sweetener
3/4 cup Truvia Sweet Complete Confectioners Sweetener
1. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together almond flour, sweetener, cocoa powder, baking powder, xanthan gum, instant coffee and salt, set aside.
2. Now, add the eggs and vanilla and beat for 1 minute.
3. Form the dough into a ball. Your dough should be tacky.
4. Preheat oven to 350 degrees then line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
5. Place Truvia Sweet Complete Granulated and Confectioners Sweeteners in separate small bowls.
6. Scoop and shape into 1-inch balls. Roll into Truvia Sweet Complete Granulated Sweetener, then generously into the Truvia Sweet Complete Confectioners Sweetener.
7. Bake for 8-10 mins until a crust has formed but center is still gooey, let it cool for 10 mins and enjoy!

8 oz cream cheese

¼ tsp peppermint extract
1 cup heavy cream
1 tsp vanilla extract

Red food coloring optional
1. Cream the cream cheese and Truvia Sweet Complete Confectioners Sweetener first until light and creamy.
2. Add in heavy cream, vanilla, and peppermint extract
3. Whisk until fully combined and steak peaks appear
4. Fold in crushed sugar-free peppermint candy canes
